Hannah Price
Hannah Price is an experienced in work-based trainer; both writing and delivering programmes. These include accredited courses for the Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute of Marketing and University-based degree programmes. She has also created bespoke courses such as one to support Business Start Ups and another to help financial advisers identify and market their niche.
Participants on the open courses, delivered through Coventry University are diverse in their employment experience, background, and confidence levels. A number have come from the public sector including the prison service, Universities and councils including Wolverhampton, Coventry, and Birmingham City Councils. Other attendees work for large global organisations such as Jaguar Landrover and small owner-managed enterprises. This diversity creates a stimulating and engaging learning environment where exercises build on participants' experiences and individuals feel happy and confident to contribute.
Hannah is a consultant on the Speed Programme which is to encourage entrepreneurship with people who have a business idea. She has written and run courses including branding, marketing, pricing, and business planning. She has also worked on a one to one basis with participants as their business consultant and coach.

Julie Cooper
Julie is an innovative, experienced trainer and coach with a reputation for delivering engaging and successful learning solutions. She works with those new to management up to board level.
Her main areas of expertise include leadership and management development, soft skills and interpersonal communication.
Clients have included both private and public sector organisations including universities, housing, scientific, social care and manufacturing businesses. Her background includes Adult Education, guidance, consultancy and project management.
Fiona Robson
Fiona works with a broad range of organisations. Major projects have included working with a number of Fire and Rescue Services for 6 years, designing and delivering accredited leadership programmes aimed to shift the style of leadership from transactional, command and control to a transformational style more suited to the changing operational environment.
Fiona has also worked with several local authorities, predominantly Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Rugby Borough Council, developing learning programmes for leaders and staff, focussed on embedding behaviours in line with each organisation’s values and competencies. She has designed and delivered similar programmes in the private sector, including Rail and Construction, FMCG and Trade Suppliers.
All of Fiona’s pragmatic and insightful programmes have been well received and often repeated as the value of the behavioural changes and new skills have been recognised as successful outcomes.
Paul Meneely
An engaging, supportive and where appropriate, challenging Executive coach and Leadership Development specialist delivering transformational support to Corporate clients, Small and Medium Enterprises. Accredited at Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and with the value add of significant functional and leadership team experience from a successful senior HR career in the Engineering, Utility and FMCG sectors. Possesses extensive board level experience from HR Director level roles gained in Blue Chip organisations including Babcock International Group, E.on and Cargill ; able to utilise the experience and insights gained to effectively coach and develop his client base today.

Simon Girdler
Simon has been involved in training and development for about 18 years in capacities such as managing, designing, delivering and consultancy and in a wide variety of sectors. His background was in the financial services industry, gaining experience in a variety of management roles for a large blue chip financial services company.
He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
Professional Experience: In his role as a training and development consultant Simon has worked with a number of high profile companies, such as Barclays, HBOS, RBS, Citroen, Vodafone, BAE Systems, Learning Skills Council, Police Mutual and Alfred McAlpine Business Services. He has even had the benefit of working with members of the Faculty for Executive Development from Harvard Business School.
Training Approach and Style: Simon is innovative and resourceful with a proven track record of turning objectives into measurable results. He has an engaging style and builds a strong sense of connectivity with audiences. He favours a participative and consultative training style, which will give the delegates the opportunity to develop through exercises, discussions and other activities. By adopting this style, Simon challenges delegates and encourages them to think for themselves.
Simon has considerable experience in a wide variety of training and development areas including sales, service, performance management, performance coaching, change management, finance and cultural change initiatives. Stuart Warner
Stuart formed an enthusiasm for training within PwC, and subsequently joined BPP Professional Education, part of Apollo Global, where he worked in a variety of management roles for over 10 years.
Over his career, Stuart has taught thousands of trainee accountants to pass their professional exams for the ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, AAT and CAT qualifications. He has helped thousands of qualified accountants keep up to date and meet their CPD qualifications as well as training many people from non-finance backgrounds to understand financial matters.
Stuart currently works with a variety of International clients to deliver a range of focused training solutions. He has delivered training throughout the world, including Northern, Western and Eastern Europe, North America, The Middle East, South East Asia and Australia.
Stuart has designed numerous finance training courses, both face-to-face and using e-learning technology. He has authored exams, audio guides, podcasts, and training videos.
He is the author of ‘Finance Basics’ (Collins ‘Business Secrets’ series); 'Making Budgeting Work in the Real World' (NelsonCroom); and co-author of 'Dragons' Den: Grow Your Business, which supports the BBC's Dragons' Den programme.
Stuart is a certified NLP practitioner under a programme approved by John Grinder, the co-developer of NLP. He also maintains a keen interest in memory and learning techniques.

Graham is an accredited consultant and mentor with IDeA, Audit Commission, South East Employers, and SOLACE helping local authorities to improve performance, cut costs, and build sustainable capacity.
He has over 20 years sales and marketing experience in ‘big ticket’ IT services, software and hardware. Successful in all aspects of both new business and account management roles within SME’s, Corporates, and latterly in strategic alliance selling. He offers a unique blend of commercial experience coupled with engaging and memorable training and coaching to give clients the competitive edge.
